The company was started in 1933 by Guy Snyder who turned the reins over to his son Aric Snyder in 1988. Inter-State Studio and Publishing currently offers photographic services in 26 states and yearbook publishing in all 50. We have opportunities for sales representatives, photographers and administrative staff across the United States.
Inter-State's headquarters, research, and manufacturing campus is located in Sedalia, Missouri, a peaceful community near the center of the United States. Located on the historic Katy Trail, the area is known for its bicycling, hunting, fishing, camping and outdoor activities. It is also the home of the Missouri State Fair and the birthplace of Ragtime music. The Kansas City Metropolitan Area and the main campus of the University of Missouri in Columbia are a short drive away.
