What's an exchange?
An exchange is a small wallet size photo that measures 2 1/3” X 1 2/3” and are the perfect size for students to exchange with their friends. Our standard wallets measure 2 1/3 inches by 3 1/3 inches


What is the My Digital Portrait CD?
The My Digital Portrait CD contains a .jpg image file with a resolution of 2400 X 3000 and is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, & 7. In addition to printing pictures, the CD allows you to email the image, create slide shows, print greeting cards, and trader cards. It also comes with a variety of games, puzzles , and more. The CD comes with a non-expirable copyright release.


I didn't get my class picture (composite or yearbook)
Typically the classroom group picture, composite, or yearbook doesn't come until after the retakes have been done. First check your students portrait package to make sure it doesn't include a notice that states the product “will be delivered at a later date”. If you didn't receive this notice then please call our customer service department. However, if you received this notice then please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for this product to be delivered to the school.


How long do you keep your images on file?
We typically keep our images on file for approximately 18 months. This allows parents the opportunity to reorder additional pictures or to replace photos that may have been lost or damaged.


What do I do if my Child needs retakes?
First, find out from the school when the retake date will be. Then on the retake day, simply have your child return original portrait package to the photographer. The photographer will retake your child's picture in exchange for the package you have already paid for. Please be sure and keep the class picture or yearbook if it was included in the original package, as it will not be included with the retake package.


What is the Free Photo book?
The free photo book is created online using your own personal photos. The photo book can be created to include photos of a summer vacation, a family reunion, holidays, a trip to the zoo, etc. There are a variety of themes, clip art, background papers, and font styles available. Be creative! The design possibilities are endless.


How safe is my information online?
Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us.

The Inter-State Studio Online store uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet, which makes it very difficult for someone to steal your information.


Is it safe to enter my credit card number online?
Inter-State Studio is sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products through the Internet.

The Inter-State Studio online store does not store your credit card or ordering information on the Internet server once the order has been shipped and finalized. This strategy, combined with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), provides you with an added level of security to ease your concerns.

How can I return or exchange online purchases?
Call 1-800-952-6450 or mail your package to 3500 Snyder Ave., Sedalia, MO 65301, requesting a refund.

If you feel that you did not receive what you ordered, tell us what you did not receive so we can verify if an adjustment is required. You must submit this information to us within 30 days of receiving your package order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.


When will my order ship?
Original photos are shipped to the school approximately 3 weeks after photography date. Reorders shipped through this site are shipped within approximately 1 to 3 weeks.


What about sales tax?
Sales tax is included in your package price. Pennsylvania residents must add 6% Sales Tax to the package price.
